Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT (moms). The total price, including any delivery cost, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed at the time you place your order.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (fortrydelsesret) under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven). The period runs from the day you receive the item. To use it, contact us at support@mikofu.com before the deadline — you may use the standard cancellation form. Return the item without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us. You pay the direct cost of returning it. We refund your payment, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the item back or proof that you have returned it. You are liable for any reduction in the item's value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature and characteristics. See Returns for the practical steps.
Complaints (defects)
You have a 24-month right of complaint (reklamationsret) for defective items under Danish law. If your item is defective or was damaged in transit, contact support@mikofu.com and we will repair, replace, or refund it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can bring it to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Klageløsning / Forbrugerklagenævnet (Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk). You can also use the EU Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr, quoting our email support@mikofu.com.
