Everything is printed to order. That means no pile of returned stock in a warehouse. It also means we ask you to consider your choice before you buy.

14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on any item. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first at support@mikofu.com before sending anything back. Return shipping is at your own expense, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Mistakes get put right. If something arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will exchange or refund it — your choice.

Made-to-order and print-on-demand

Everything is printed to order, so there is no shelf of returned stock — which is why we ask you to choose carefully before you buy. The 14-day right of withdrawal still applies to these prints: you can return an item within 14 days of receiving it. We just ask that it comes back in its original condition, as a used print cannot be resold. See Terms and conditions for the full right of withdrawal.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. They are paid to the original payment method.
